If you choose to host with us you will receive our full support. We’ll keep your website up to date and secure. If anything happens that affects your site, we’ll resolve it in a timely manner as best as we can. We’ll also do minor edits such as replace images and add new text.

We do offer hosting solutions. We recommend hosting with us and will guarantee up times and load speeds on our hosting. If you, however, choose to host with another provider. We will honor your request and transfer finished website to the host of your choice. We do not offer maintenance packages at this time on other hosting providers.

We require a 50% deposit of the final quoted price before any work is to begin. We’ll also ask that all content is delivered to us as well. Once deposit and content is received you will receive a link to your website within 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your site. You will have an opportunity to request any revisions at this time. We will guide you through the revision process to assure you get the website you’re 100% satisfied with. Once you are 100% satisfied with the website, we will then ask for all outstanding balances to be paid in full. Once payment is received we’ll “go live” by pointing the website your domain and transferring to your hosting, if you request.
No. All fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to work beginning. If for any reason, the work requires to go beyond the agreed about and additional costs need to be added we will stop work and revise quote. Work will not begin until you agree to the additional charges.
